Inclusive yoga classes in a transformative and welcoming space

Vinyasa

Our Vinyasa class is a dynamic, playful practice focusing on conscious breath and movement. You will build heat, muscle strength and flexibility. This class is designed for you to gradually progress through the practice linking one pose to another. If you like to be challenged then this is the class for you. 

Yin

Yin is a soft, passive practice targeted at improving flexibility and pliancy in the connective tissues, joints, and the deep fascia networks of the body. Props are used to assist the body in holding each pose for longer periods of time typically 3-5 minutes.

Mindful Flow

This class is a slower paced practice than our Vinyasa class uniting mindful movement with the breath. You will be encouraged to flow dynamically and move at your own pace making this class suitable to all levels.

Group sessions

If our timetable doesn’t suit you, no problem! Bookings are available for a minimum of 2 people. The price is the same as our normal scheduled classes and you pick the time and style that best suits you.

We also cater to groups such as bridal parties, hens parties, or a gathering of family and friends. This class is individually designed for your groups needs, experience and intentions. Contact us know for more information.
